Our two brothers’ graduation ceremony

12 March 2026 marked another significant milestone in the journey of our two brothers, Jerome and Shawn, as they both celebrated their graduation with a Licentiate in Sacred Theology.

The formal ceremony took place in the majestic 16th-century Baroque Basilica of St. Dominic, one of the three historic parish churches of Valletta. The occasion was a moment of great joy and gratitude, shared among friends, family, and members of our community.

As part of the requirements for this degree, fr. Shawn submitted his dissertation entitled “Leaping from Heaven to Earth and from Earth to Heaven again: the missionary style of St. Francis de Sales yesterday and today”, while Jerome presented his dissertation entitled “Synodality as An Institution and Instrument in the post-Vatican II Papal Magisterium”.

As the ICPE family, we warmly congratulate our two brothers and honour them for their steadfast pursuit and endurance that have led them to this important finish line and remarkable accomplishment.
